The Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences is proud to announce the launch of a new film series at Sheridan: Film 4 Thought! This series is an open-to-the-public, creative community engagement initiative that will consist of film screenings twice a semester, rotating amongst Sheridan campuses, which will foster an environment of cultural exchange. Each installment of the series will feature the full screening of a documentary or fiction-based film that provides fertile ground for dialogue, followed by a discussion moderated by Sheridan faculty and students.
The first installment of Film 4 Thought is hosted in partnership with the Canadian Caribbean Association of Halton, and we would like to invite Sheridan students, faculty and staff to an evening of film-screening and discussion in recognition of Black History Month.
