The Shadiow Project is an initiative geared toward post-probationary faculty who enjoy reading and would welcome an opportunity to engage in reflective practice and dialogue. Named after and inspired by author Linda Shadiow (Book: What Our Stories Teach Us: A Guide to Critical Reflection for College Faculty) this small group will be using Shadiow’s book as a vehicle to share our stories and guide our conversations. The book is provided.
The group will meet four times through the Spring 7A 2015 semester during Wednesday afternoons (location to be determined).
Post-probationary faculty are invited to express their interest to their home Associate Dean and Theresa Fraser for the Spring 2015 semester by April 30. Five faculty will participate in this offering.
