From March 16 to 20, Sheridan hosted its first-ever Wellness Week. More than 530 students took part in activities ranging from eating well, exercising/relaxing/dancing, painting and taking photos and learning how to socialize safely. The Health & Counselling teams would like to thank the our colleagues in the rest of Student Affairs, Human Resources Department, Student Union, Chartwells, Conference & Events, the One Card team and Ancillary Services for their generosity and support in making this event a huge success. We hope that some of the wellness we experienced during the week carries over into your lives throughout the year.
