Sheridan IT is in its second year of adopting best practices in IT Service Management while leveraging one of the most effective and widely adopted IT service frameworks in the world, ITIL. Our focus is on the establishment of the IT Service Catalogue in the coming months.
We need your help! We are looking to form a user group that will help us to insure that the catalogue is as useful and meaningful to our customers as possible. We would like to enlist your help in assisting us to define service categories that are meaningful from a customer’s point-of-view.
We invite you to join us for two facilitated one-hour sessions during the following times:
- Friday, May 22 @ 10 a.m. in room B364 (Trafalgar campus)
- Thursday, May 28 @ 1 p.m. in room B364 (Trafalgar campus)
