We are pleased to report that our Site Plan Application has been approved by the City of Brampton and a Conditional Building Permit is expected to be issued in the near future. As previously noted, blue fencing has been erected around the footprint of the new building, and the contractor has begun to mobilize equipment and teams.
Due to a lengthy yet ultimately successful review of the project funding through Section 28 of the Ontario Financial Administration Act, the project team has revised its timeline for completion of the project. As a result, the move of STC programs to Davis will now take place in September, 2017, in order to provide a smoother transition for our programs, students and employees.
