Update to TD1 Forms – Federal and Provincial

Please submit new TD1 forms (Federal and Provincial-Ontario) to Payroll if you want to change your tax declaration, if your tax status has changed and/or if you want to claim higher or lower tax exemption.

There is no need to submit new TD1 Forms for basic exemption – that will be done through a mass update in HRIS for the pay period ending January 11,  2014.
