On Wednesday, September 2, you’re invited to attend the annual Welcome Back event at Trafalgar Campus to kick off our new academic year. The event begins at 8 am in parking lot 7.
Please wear comfortable clothes for the event, which will take place both indoors and outdoors. Weather contingencies are in place. The event will proceed rain or shine.
To RSVP for the event and indicate whether or not you require bus transportation to and from campus, please visit the following link . Buses will depart from Davis Campus at the H-wing bus stop at 7:30 a.m. sharp and from HMC’s south entrance near the Sheridan ‘S’ statue at 7:40 a.m. sharp.
If you’re driving, please park in the staff lot and follow the signs to the event.
Breakfast will be available beginning at 8 a.m., with the program starting at 8:45 a.m. The event concludes at 10:30 a.m. While the college’s buildings will remain open, arrangements have been made to close services to students and other constituents in order to allow staff to attend the event. Regular services for students will reopen at 11 a.m.
Please also remember to bring your oneCARD as it serves as your ticket to be entered into a draw for prizes. We look forward to seeing you at the event for a morning filled with fun, activities and surprises.
