Have you ever wondered what the Department of Records and Information Management does? Do you have questions about why Sheridan retains records for a certain amount of time? Have you been contemplating making the move to a paperless office?

If you have ever thought about these, or any other RIM-related questions, then you are in luck…read on! Sheridan’s official RIM Policy and Procedure have recently been updated and become fully effective in February 2016. As per these documents, all employees are accountable for managing the information generated by their business practices. It is important to become familiar with the RIM Policy and Procedure so that you understand your responsibilities and requirements.
