Fair Dealing Week is an annual celebration for universities and colleges in Canada to recognize the importance of fair dealing for faculty, staff and students to engage in academic and scholarly activities. Fair dealing in the copyright law allows certain uses of copyrighted materials without permission from the rights holders.
