National Day of Remembrance and Action on Violence Against Women – December 6th

Sheridan will be marking the National Day of Remembrance and Action on Violence Against Women on Friday, December 6^th.

Events:

Davis Campus, Ceremony, 10:30am – 10:50am Welcome Centre, First Floor Atrium

Trafalgar Campus,  Ceremony, 2:3opm – 2:50pm SCAET Lobby

STC and Hazel McCallion campuses will each have a memorial area to mark this day of remembrance.

Please come out to commemorate the 14 young women who were murdered at L’Ecole Polytechnique in 1989.  Help us get the word out to our students.

For those attending the Trafalgar ceremony, please remember to bring your coats as we will be laying roses at our Peace Garden in memory of the 14 women.
