The Office of Institutional Research & Planning would like to congratulate Mark Neumann and Jenny Tam on recent appointments within the department.
Mark Neumann has been appointed Manager, Institutional Research. In his new role, Mark is leading Sheridan’s enrolment planning and analysis function. Since joining Sheridan in 2007, Dr. Neumann has automated Sheridan’s enrolment forecasting system, created a standard way to statistically review admission requirements and has provided key support for the creation of Sheridan’s 2020 plan and research into Sheridan’s Vision to become Sheridan University.
Jenny Tam, Associate Director, Budgeting and Financial Planning has joined Institutional Research & Planning for a secondment until October 2017. Jenny is working with the IRP team on projects related to business analytics and other metrics. Jenny has been with Sheridan’s Financial Services department since 1999. During her time in Financial Services, she led her team in the formulation of the college’s annual operating budget, forecasting, financial reporting and variance analysis. Jenny also provided oversight to Sheridan’s banking functions and capital assets management. With this secondment, all Budgeting related inquiries should be directed to Simpson Siu.
