Please be advised that construction will be taking place in the Daycare at the Trafalgar Campus. This work is scheduled to start July 4, 2016 with a completion date of August 4, 2016. These renovations will be taking place to update and replace flooring. The facility will not be occupied during the construction period as all staff and children have been moved to an alternate location.
At this time, we will be performing an asbestos abatement. All affected areas will be hoarded off and signage will be posted. We kindly ask that students and employeesavoid the area.
Representatives from Sheridan’s Occupational Health and Safety team are apprised of the work and are helping to ensure that it proceeds in a safe manner. The Ministry of Education, Halton Region and Peel Region have also been informed of this work. The work will be performed by a qualified contractor.
