FCM Travel Solutions will be the exclusive Travel Management Company from July 12th onward; all business travel should be conducted through FCM.
Training Sessions for Frequent Travelers and Centralized Bookers
To ensure staff and faculty become familiar with the new travel provider, FCM will conduct Roadshows via WebEx. This session will be recorded, so if you are unable to attend the session, we can send you the recording and it will also be posted on the portal.

Travel Bookings for Employees without a Travel Account
For employees who travel less than 3 round trips per year, a “centralized booker” from your department has been designated to assist the agency to make a booking for you.
