The President’s Creative Challenge is a year-long initiative that invites people from across Sheridan to propose solutions to complex societal issues.
For this year’s challenge, we’re asking you to consider the following:
How can we design and create a community that cultivates participation and belonging for everyone at Sheridan?
To get a better feel for the challenge, check out our website: http://presidentschallenge.sheridancollege.ca/
You’re also invited to our hallway parties, where you can learn more about this year’s challenge, participate in a community building activity, and share your thoughts on what community means to you.
Times and locations:
- Tuesday, October 11 from 11 a.m – 1 p.m. in the B wing hallway, Trafalgar
- Wednesday, October 12 from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. in B wing, Davis
- Thursday, October 13 from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. in the main atrium, HMC
- Friday, October 14 from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. in the main entrance, STC
We’re accepting your submissions until January 25, 2017. Completed submissions by students may qualify as a Co-Curricular Record opportunity.
In February, 2017 entries will be displayed at Sheridan. We’ll invite our entire community to review the submissions and celebrate the ideas that come forward. The results of the review will be shared in March.
