FCM Travel Solutions is working on a back office system update set to occur on October 30th at 12pm EST. During the upgrade, there will be a short period of time when the online booking tool and the profile portion of the portal will be unavailable. Once the update is complete, there will be minimal disruption to end users. The transition is set to occur during a non-peak period of time over a weekend to minimize any possible disruption to travelers.
