The Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences (FHASS) is pleased to announce the official introduction of the Pre-Health Sciences Pathway to Advanced Diplomas and Degrees. This certificate was launched in September 2016 and replaces the General Arts and Science – Health program. The significant curricular and program changes made will enhance the learning experiences and pathway options for our pre-health sciences students. Sheridan’s Pre-Health Sciences certificate exceeds the provincially-endorsed learning outcomes and subject-level standards [in biology, chemistry, math and physics] that were developed through a robust ONCAT [Ontario Council on Articulation and Transfer] renewal project. This certificate prepares students for admission into various health-related certificates, diplomas, advanced diplomas and degrees both here at Sheridan and across the post-secondary system in Ontario.
