Community Emergency Response Volunteers (CERV) Presentation, December 8th

Do you live in Brampton? Are you interested in volunteering in the local community to help with emergency situations? Do you want to acquire new skills in emergency preparedness and incident management while contributing to community safety? If so, Brampton’s Community Emergency Response Volunteer (CERV) service will be on the Davis campus this Thursday to provide information about volunteer opportunities for Sheridan students. Roland Daley (Community Emergency Preparedness Advisor) from the City of Brampton will provide a 30 minute presentation on the opportunities offered by the CERV and the process for applying to become a volunteer.

Details of the presentation are as follows:

  • Thursday, December 8th, 2016
  • 5.30pm-6pm
  • Room B213 Lecture Theatre
  • Davis Campus

All are welcome and pizza/refreshments will be available for attendees.
