The Academic Integrity Office is pleased to announce Elizabeth Parkes as the winner of the Library Awareness Week contest for her illustration that responds to the question “What is originality?” Elizabeth is a student in Sheridan’s Bachelor of Animation program.
We received many creative entries for this contest and sincerely thank all of the Sheridan students who carefully considered their thoughts, values and viewpoints on originality in order to produce an original artifact representing their unique talent and creative ideas.
The judges made their final choice based on which artifact best captured the meaning of originality, in addition to displaying both quality and creativity. After much deliberation, the judges chose Elizabeth’s illustration as the winner. She wins a Fuji Instax Mini 8 camera. Congratulations Elizabeth!
