As referenced in Mary’s New Year’s message to the Sheridan community, a series of informal gatherings with Mary are being organized for groups of employees and the first of those gatherings is scheduled for Tuesday, January 24th at the Trafalgar Rd Campus.
The purpose of these informal gatherings, which have been dubbed “Mary’s Coffee Chats”, is to provide faculty and staff with the opportunity to meet with Mary to share their thoughts and ideas on Sheridan’s evolution and path for 2017, and to ask any questions you may have in an informal setting amongst your peers. Generally speaking, there will not be a formal presentation at these gatherings — the primary goal is to have an open dialogue using a Q & A format. Please come prepared to participate with your suggestions and questions!
To help facilitate these conversations and to ensure there is appropriate space available on campus, Mary’s Coffee Chats will take place in 1-hour intervals with rotating groups of employees. This month’s schedule is:

- 1:30 – 2:25 p.m. – All full-time and part-time SUPPORT STAFF
- 2:30 – 3:25 p.m. – All full-time and part-time FACULTY (including COUNSELLORS and LIBRARIANS)
- 3:30 – 4:25 p.m. – All full-time and part-time ADMINISTRATIVE employees are invited to participate
**Mary’s Coffee Chats are also scheduled for February 22nd at HMC in the President’s Boardroom (A402f) and for March 21st at Davis in H153 and will follow a similar schedule to the one listed above for Jan. 24th.**
