Fitness Classes begin next week

If better health and fitness is one of your resolutions for 2017, there is still time to sign up for fitness classes at Trafalgar and Davis. Among the offerings are B-Fit Boot Camp, Yoga, Cycle Fit, Zumba and Pilates. 

Classes begin the week of January 23rd and will run for 10 weeks, with no classes scheduled during the break week.
