The Town of Oakville is currently focused on building citizen-centred solutions: innovating services and re-engineering processes to prioritize what citizens need
To that end, they have built an R&D lab to develop applications that will be outward facing to the community. They are committed to having users engaged in the process at the earliest stages, and are seeking some Sheridan faculty to participate as “beta users” in a focus group. Individual or group sessions would not exceed one hour.
