Save-the-date and enjoy a special Creative Campus Series talk on February 13th, featuring, Stéphane Grenier, retired Lieutenant-Colonel, Canadian Forces.  He understands the challenges of post-traumatic stress disorder firsthand, and knows the toll mental health issues can take on individuals. Grenier offers audiences pragmatic advice designed to foster workplaces that support an open, non-stigmatized approach to mental health.

Faced with undiagnosed PTSD, he took a personal interest in the way the Canadian Forces was dealing with mental health issues; a mission he has now decided to broaden to the entire Canadian workforce through his work in developing non clinical mental health interventions as a complement to traditional clinical care. In 2010 he was seconded to the Mental Health Commission of Canada and since his retirement from the military in 2012, Grenier has founded a charity and created Mental Health Innovations, a social enterprise dedicated to re humanizing workplaces in Canada.

Join us at The Den at the Davis campus in Brampton at 6:00 pm on Monday, February 13th to see Stéphane Grenier, as part of Sheridan’s Creative Campus Series.  Please mark this date and time on your calendars. We would be honoured if you would join us!
