Academic Upgrading is offering FREE (funded by Employment Ontario) Communication and Math Workshops at the Davis campus open to all students within the College.
The Communication Workshops provide a refresher in grammar and basic writing topics that help students gain the skills to succeed in their academic studies. Topics covered are sentence writing, punctuation, grammar and other basic writing skills. The Communication Workshops are 18 hours per session.

The Math Workshops provide a refresher on basic math components to students looking to upgrade their math skills. Topics covered are addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and fractions. The last component of the workshop is a written assessment on the first four topics covered. The Math Workshops are 8 hours per session.
