In anticipation of the rollout of new multifunction printers in Sheridan’s administrative areas, Sheridan staff are invited to test drive the new printers that have already been deployed in academic areas across Sheridan’s campuses.
Print Green
Printing to one of the new Lexmark multifunction devices (MFDs) will require you to configure the Green print queue on your computer. Once setup, you simply send your print job to the ‘green’ print queue and you can release your job from ANY ‘green’ printer, on ANY campus, using your Sheridan oneCARD.

Copy and Scan to Email
As well as printing, these MFDs can make copies and have scan to email features. You can test out the copy and scanning features of these devices by simply swiping your oneCARD on the printer’s attached card reader—this will allow you to access all of the printers’ features through the easy-to-use touchscreen interface.
