The Centre for Teaching & Learning welcomes Kathy Frlan (pronounced Fur-lan) as the new Assistant to the Dean. Kathy comes to us from Humber River Hospital where she was the Executive Assistant to the Director of Labour & Employee Relations. Previously, Kathy spent eight years at Humber College in roles including Office Manager for Planning & Development, Executive Assistant to the Associate VP, and Executive Assistant to the Dean, Planning & Development. She also spent time at Seneca in the role of Assistant to the Associate VP, Human Resources. With her wealth of knowledge and experience I know that Kathy will make an amazing contribution to CTL and to Sheridan. Those in the college community involved with ARC (Academic Resources Committee) will be working closely with Kathy as she will shadow Sarah in the fall and then take on handling of all ARC documentation and minutes in the new year.
