If better health is a priority for you this fall, one of the instructional fitness classes offered by the Athletic department may be just what you’re looking for.
There are high-intensity cardio options like B-Fit Boot Camp and Cycle Fit, as well as lower impact activities like Yoga and Pilates.
Each class consists of 10 once-a-week sessions – with no classes scheduled during reading week – and begin next week.
A full block of 10 sessions costs $40 (if you have a valid Sheridan gym membership) and discounts are available to those who sign up for more than one activity.
