Artists, Painters and Other Creative Types!
The Sheridan Community Garden at Trafalgar campus is holding a mural design competition for its garden shed, located adjacent to the garden, between the A wing and the Athletics Centre.
Each side of the shed facing the path (3 sides) will be painted with a mural that celebrates the garden as a learning space, a site of local, sustainable food production, a meditation space and/or a community hub. Creators of the selected designs will then be given the opportunity to paint their design onto the shed, with all supplies provided at no cost.
Designs should incorporate the words “Sheridan Community Garden” and/or should work with the themes listed above (celebrating the garden as a learning space, a site of local, sustainable food production, a meditation space and/or a community hub).
