A local MPP in Brampton is seeking signatures to this petition to take to the legislative assembly to advocate for Sheridan University. Sheridan is supporting this initiative and seeking signatures from students, faculty, staff, and visitors at Sheridan that are currently Ontario residents.
Sheridan is on a very exciting journey – one that will move Sheridan from its stature as a highly respected college to a top-ranked and unique undergraduate teaching university dedicated to the student experience.
We will continue to offer certificates, two- and three-year diplomas, degrees, and post-graduate certificates, which prepare students with job-ready skills.
Additional academic pathways at Sheridan University will give students more options and opportunities to pursue undergraduate degrees. Our degree graduates will be eligible for graduate-level studies at Ontario universities and beyond.
Tuesday to Friday (March 11 – 14), student leaders such as members of our STARS program and Peer Mentors will be seeking signatures to this petition on campus.
