Simpson Siu, Associate Vice President, Financial Services has announced his intention to retire from Sheridan at the end of December, 2018.
Simpson has been a highly valued member of the Sheridan Community for 17 years, and he will be greatly missed by his colleagues. The college has benefited tremendously from his hard work and dedication to Sheridan. His contributions to the financial management of the institution have been immeasurable and we will all benefit from his work for many years to come.
I especially appreciate Simpson’s support during my first year at Sheridan. I knew immediately that Simpson had the college finances well in hand and that he would go that extra mile to ensure Sheridan’s success. He is certainly leaving some big shoes to fill.
Simpson’s last day will be December 21. Details will follow on how we will celebrate and congratulate Simpson on his outstanding career. I know that he has wonderful things to look forward to as he plans his next stage of life.
Sincerely,
Wayne Steffler
Vice President, Finance & Administration and Chief Financial Officer
