Make your voice heard!
As part of our broad community engagement effort to define Sheridan’s future through to 2024, we’ll be hosting a number of Pollination Sessions (i.e. Focus Groups) in partnership with our planning consultants from The Potential Group.
As a valued Sheridan employee, your experiences are extremely important in helping us identify our priorities and opportunities for growth. Please be on the lookout for emails about these focus group sessions. During the sessions, we’ll explore key topics, such as:
- What does Sheridan uniquely contribute to the world?
- How can we continue to evolve and build on our strengths in ways that matter?
- What should we do to ensure Sheridan is truly an inclusive environment for everyone?
- What should Sheridan consider as we plan our future?
By participating, you’ll help us form the building blocks for Sheridan’s future. Employees are invited to attend Pollination Sessions at any of our campuses. The sessions for employees are as follows:
