The Middle Child exhibition is an annual summer tradition at the Women’s Art Association of Canada in Toronto. The curators and artists are third-year students in the collaborative Art and Art History Program between Sheridan College and the University of Toronto (Mississauga).
For the first time, and as they embark on their fourth year of study, the Middle Children have been given the chance to curate and exhibit their work in a second exhibition, The Middle Child: Act II, at the Sheridan Gallery (AA-Wing, Trafalgar Campus). The work will be on display from November 26 – December 9.
“We are the Middle Children. No longer newcomers, we have grown as artists and individuals by setting out to realize our own potential and seizing opportunities both within and outside the institution. Join us as we continue to take steps toward a bright artistic future.”
Please join us for an opening reception on Thursday, November 29, from 5 p.m. – 6 p.m.
