On Saturday, March 23, the Marquee – the Sheridan Student Union Pub at the Trafalgar Campus – will present Lost In The 80s, a tribute to the great pop hits from the decade.
Featuring the talented second-year students of the Honours Bachelor of Music Theatre Performance Program at Sheridan, and backed by a powerhouse band, guests will hear iconic songs from 1980’s pop stars, such as Michael Jackson, Jefferson Starship, Prince, Madonna, Wham!, Journey, Cyndi Lauper, Billy Joel, Pat Benatar, The B52’s, Paula Abdul, Toto, Stevie Nicks and Tom Petty, Bonnie Tyler, Bobby Brown and The Pointer Sisters.

This annual event is in its 14th successful year. Past shows have paid tribute to James Taylor, Kenny Loggins, Eagles, The Beatles, the 1970s, Motown, Glee, Canadian Artists, 10th Anniversary Show, Songs of the Cinema, Canada 150, and most recently, Pop Goes The Musical: The Hits of Music Theatre.
The venue is licensed but all ages are welcome.
