Help us take a deeper dive into understanding the results we received from our recent Employee Engagement Survey by signing up for a focus group session!
Background
In November 2018, Sheridan conducted its first Employee Engagement Survey. Best practices suggest that once the data is analyzed, additional means may be required to validate and clarify results and unearth the root causes of issues. A series of focus groups for faculty, admin and support staff will be held during the month of March to explore and better understand specific areas identified in the results. These discussions will provide a richness and deeper understanding of the results that cannot be achieved through an analysis of numbers.
Confidentiality
A neutral third-party facilitator has been hired to conduct each feedback session. Confidentiality is important to us. While we will be transcribing the notes, names or identifying information attached to any comment will not be recorded or reported on.

To register for a focus group, please log into PD Place and follow the instructions. You will receive a confirmation email from PD Place following your successful registration.
