Meghan Pilato, a second year student in the Bachelor of Interior Design program, received an Academic Scholarship for Corporate Workspace Design from Business Interiors by Staples. The scholarship is tied into the curriculum for Studio 4, a second-year course in the Interior Design program. The project introduces students to corporate interior design.
Faculty in the program and external jurors selected four candidates to present their work at the Allsteel Showroom in Liberty Village in Toronto. A panel of judges at the Allsteel Showroom then selected a recipient and runner up. Meghan Pilato received the scholarship, Marisa Giles was named runner up and Alivia Checchia and Hanna Metcalf also represented Sheridan.
