Thank you to those that have already sent in an email to volunteer at Convocation. Your participation will be confirmed soon. We still have volunteer spots to fill. We hope you can participate in one or more of the ceremonies outlined below.

On June 9, 10, 11 and 12, Sheridan will host this year’s Convocation at The Living Arts Centre in Mississauga.  Eleven ceremonies will be held throughout the four day event.  We are asking for volunteers to support us as we celebrate the hard work and dedication of our students and recognize the impact that Sheridan has on shaping their future. Greeters will be asked to welcome graduates and their family and friends, as well as direct guests to their level of seating.

Greeters are asked to arrive 1 hour before each ceremony and remain for approximately 30 minutes into the ceremony.

Please make an effort to volunteer a few hours at Convocation.  Your support of your schools, their graduating students and their families to make this a memorable event for everyone is greatly appreciated.  Please contact Shelley Barr, Conference & Event Services at Shelley.barr@sheridancollege.ca outlining your availability as soon as possible.  Once all time slots have been confirmed, a volunteer schedule will be sent to you with further information on the Role of the Greeter at Convocation.
