Sheridan Community Employment Services invites you to make a difference in the life of a skilled immigrant by becoming a Mentor through the Mentoring Partnership.   The program connects job-ready newcomers with established professionals in the same occupation. Mentors share industry knowledge, experience and networks to help their mentee reconnect with their career.

The program works with a range of professions. Currently, the biggest need is for Mentors in the following careers:

  •      Engineering
  •      Post-Secondary Teaching
  •      Purchasing and Supply Chain
  •      Marketing and Sales

If you’re a professional with at least 3 years’ experience in your field we hope you’ll consider becoming involved.
