On Boarding for New Employees

The on boarding process is an important element in the recruitment and retention of new employees.  It is the process of introducing new employees to the College, their managers and coworkers, their jobs and the organizational culture.

In an effort to ensure a timely, consistent and successful on boarding process, Human Resources & Organizational Development would like to remind you of the online New Employee Welcome Package available to all employees. This can be found on the Human Resources webpage (About Sheridan – Faculty and Staff – Human Resources – Learning and Development – New Employee Welcome Package).
