Film by Journalism Broadcast professor Catharine Tamas is screening at the Headwaters Arts Festival

Journalism Broadcast professor Catharine Tamas’ documentary film SEEKERS was juried and accepted into the Headwaters Arts Festival.

The documentary explores a growing movement of people seeking deeper spiritual meaning in their lives. Catharine directed and produced this documentary in completion of her Master of Fine Arts degree from Ryerson University. The film will be playing at the SGI-Caledon Centre, 20490 Porterfield Road in Caledon this coming weekend: Saturday, Sept. 20, and Sunday, Sept. 21 as well as Saturday, Sept. 27 and Sunday, Sept. 28 at 11 am, 1pm and 3 pm each day. This is the first year that the festival has included artists from film. Admission to the festival is free. An evening art gala is being held this Friday, Sept. 19. Tickets for this fundraiser are $55.
