Yogalates (A blend of Yoga & Pilates) on campus this fall!

Increase Core Strength and Flexibility. Improve Body Alignment, Shape and Posture. Manage Stress and achieve a better Mind-Body Connection!

Yogalates is excellent for your overall well-being; it is said to be a Cure for a variety of common ailments including neck and back pain, shoulder and knee problems, fatigue, and other illness. It improves sleeping habits, strengthens the immune system, and improves stamina.

Join us for Yogalates! J Classes are held in the Mat Room of the Trafalgar Athletics Centre every Tuesday from 5:30 – 6:30 pm. You can register at the Control Room in the Athletics Centre at the Trafalgar Campus.

Fees are the same as the rest of the Instructional Fitness Classes:

$40 for 10 weeks of 1 class

$50 for 10 weeks of 2 classes

$60 for 10 weeks of 3 classes

All participants must have a valid 2014-15 student card or facility membership. An additional fee of $10 will be added to those who are not members of the gym.  All classes started the week of September 15.

Classes are suitable for all levels. Beginners are Welcome.
