As departments begin to plan their 2014 Holiday Lunches, Food Services is happy to announce that, new for 2014, there is an alternative lunch option open to all Sheridan teams.
Teams can choose from one of three menu packages, available at a $25 price point, which has been exclusively designed by Sheridan’s Executive Chef, Kalvin Keigher.
1. Dessert style option
2. Tapas style option
3. Buffet style option (featuring one main protein option)
Each package, depending on the size of the group, includes either a cooking class or a cooking presentation hosted by Chef Kal and team.
Each person in attendance will also receive a custom Sheridan cookbook that includes recipes from Chef Kal, Sheridan’s President Jeff Zabudsky, Sheridan VPs and a few other Sheridan contributors.
