Last Thursday morning the second and third floors of the Centre for Healthy Community at Davis became a new gathering place for students as word of new student focused space spread through the campus. An element of the FAHCS “Community Builder” series, the new areas feature a combination of booth, high top table and bar style seating, successfully converting empty corridors to highly functional community space. By providing alternative locations for the Sheridan community to meet, gather and work these areas will provide much needed relief for the Davis Learning Commons.
