The Sheridan United Way committee is gearing up for another exciting campaign but we need your help to make it a successful one.
The campaign starts on Monday, November 17 and runs through to November 26. One of the most highly-anticipated activities in the campaign is the silent auction. Auction items that we’ve received so far this year range from Toronto Maple Leafs hockey tickets, to a fly fishing lesson, to culinary experiences. But we still have a long way to go. We are asking the Sheridan community to consider donating items for the auction. It’s a great opportunity to re-gift items, to contribute artwork, to pass along tickets to a concert or a sporting event or you can volunteer your time or expertise in the form of a lesson.
Starting Wednesday, November 19, you can preview items up for auction here http://www.32auctions.com/sheridan-unitedway2014. Although the auction officially opens on November 21 at 9 am you can create an account on the auction site beforehand to ensure you are ready to go for the first day of bidding! To do so, visit the website above and follow these instructions.
If you have any questions or would like to donate to the auction, please email unitedway@sheridancollege.ca. One of our committee members will be in touch to arrange getting the item up on the auction site.
