Next Wednesday, September 2, you’re invited to attend the annual Welcome Back event at Trafalgar Campus to kick off our new academic year.
Following feedback received from post-event surveys over the years, the Welcome Back event is returning to campus.
Please wear comfortable clothes for the event, which will take place both indoors and outdoors. Weather contingencies are in place. The event will proceed rain or shine.
Please visit the following link to both RSVP for the event and to indicate whether or not you will require bus transportation to and from Trafalgar Campus. Buses will depart from Davis Campus at the H-wing bus stop at 7:30 a.m. sharp and from HMC’s south entrance near the Sheridan ‘S’ statue at 7:40 a.m. sharp.
The morning begins in Lot 7, Athletics Complex at Trafalgar. Please park in the staff lot and follow the signs to the event. Breakfast will be available beginning at 8 a.m., with the program starting at 8:45 a.m. The event concludes at 10:30 a.m. While the college’s buildings will remain open, arrangements have been made to close services to students and other constituents in order to allow staff to attend the event. Regular services for students will reopen at 11 a.m.
Please remember to bring your oneCARD as it serves as your ticket to be entered into a draw for prizes. We look forward to seeing you at the event for a morning filled with fun, activities and surprises.
