| What: | To support faculty professional development, professors may apply for an opportunity to work intensively with our course developers to produce exemplary hybrid /online courses or adapt, enhance and improve existing hybrid/online courses. Additional support will be provided by CTL media designers and instructional designer as needed. |

| Why: | To support faculty professional development
To encourage and support innovation and creativity in hybrid and online course development and delivery To provide an opportunity to showcase work and encourage shared learning between colleagues by participating in Sheridan and CTL events. |
