Do you have some ideas or input that you’d like to share with President Jeff Zabudsky about how to make Sheridan better?
Starting this spring, Sheridan will be changing its Town Hall format to provide employees with more opportunities to ask questions and provide comments, including the ability to do so both anonymously and remotely.
Rather than holding one Town Hall event that is repeated on each of Sheridan’s four campuses during a one week span in the fall and the winter, the new format will include eight distinct Town Hall meetings, with one being held each month from September to April. The meetings will rotate among our four campuses and employees will have the option of participating in person, or watching and asking questions from their home campus locations. Each meeting will be an open forum for questions and dialogue.
These meetings will now be called the President’s Advisory College Council Town Hall meetings. They will replace the existing College Council meetings which are only open to a limited number of employees at Sheridan. In this way, we hope to gain the perspectives of a greater number of people at Sheridan.
Please stay tuned to the Sheridan Insider for details regarding the first President’s Advisory College Council Town Hall meeting, which will take place in the coming months.
