Take a short break from your busy day and take some time for yourself.

Every Wednesday starting May 25th, 2016 weekly guided meditations will be held in B124 at Trafalgar from 12:15 and run until approximately 12:35.

No prior meditation experience or commitment required. No sign up required. Just bring yourself. Open to the entire Sheridan community.
