As year-end quickly approaches, it’s time to turn our mind to T4s & T4As for 2017.
Year end Slips are delivered by Canada Post mail. To ensure your current mailing address is on file please review your PeopleSoft Self-Service record on Access Sheridan. Access PeopleSher HR, select Self Service, and click on Personal Information, Home Address. Please also review your emergency contact information and make updates as required.
December 22nd is the last pay deposit for 2017. All outstanding Fall term contract extensions, new hire paperwork and/or timesheets for time worked in 2017 must submitted to Payroll to ensure a correct T4 slip can be issued. Check your paperwork to ensure you have nothing outstanding.
The new payroll calendar for 2018 is attached for your reference and is also available on Access Sheridan. Also, you will find updated tax forms for 2018 (TD1 Federal 2018, TD1 Provincial form) to be used for all new hire packages beginning in January.
