Sheridan Student Union is proud to be a student-led organization and every year, we look to our student leaders to help us enhance the Sheridan experience. This team, along with our President, Board of Directors and over 200 student team members help make our mission a reality!
We are happy to introduce our student leadership team for the 2018-2019 school year:
Your Vice Presidents – along with returning SSU President, Enrique Ponce – will work with their fellow student leaders and Sheridan College to ensure students’ best interests are represented through our community engagement, services, and partnerships. This year, we proudly welcome Ben LeBlanc at HMC, Azhar Ali at Davis and Cory Haslett at TRC to the team!
Our Clubs Coordinators are the go-to students for all things clubs-related on campus. They are here to help connect and support over 100 clubs within the Sheridan community. If you are looking to find out more about clubs and associations on campus, get in touch with this awesome team: Samantha Francis at HMC, Deb Ayres at Davis and Murtaza Saleem at TRC.
SSU Awareness Coordinators spearhead campaigns and initiatives on campus that support and empower students and issues that are important to the Sheridan community. This year, we have Jessenia Jovel (HMC), Navnit Singh (Davis) and Julia Bertola (TRC) on this team and their goal is to cultivate an inclusive and welcoming environment for all Sheridan students.
Our Events Coordinators work with the team to develop, plan and execute events that enhance the student experience at all three campuses. Together, they help us offer memorable events and valuable student-to-student engagement throughout the year. Please join us in welcoming Randall Edwards to the team at HMC, Tahj Hedge at Davis and Zubash Akmal at Trafalgar.
