Dear Faculty Colleagues,
In efforts to promote a culture of student engagement and connectedness within the institution, the student advisement team will be scheduling class visits for all First-Year (First-Term) students.
The purpose of these short presentations (approximately 10 minutes in length) will be to review student success supports, resources and services available at Sheridan, as well as to highlight important dates for this term.
If there is specific information that you would like us to share with your students, please let us know. We are happy to tailor our messaging accordingly. In addition, we are happy to visit your second-year classes to promote student persistence beyond the first year.
