I am pleased to inform you that the Recruitment team within the Human Resources Service Centre will be changing its title to Talent Acquisition. Effective immediately, the Recruitment and Job Evaluation Associates will be renamed Talent Acquisition Specialists and will continue to find, acquire, assess and hire candidates to fill vacancies in order to meet Sheridan’s needs. The role will also continue to be responsible for job evaluation.
Talent acquisition is a relatively new trend that is a strategic approach to identifying, attracting and onboarding top talent to efficiently and effectively meet dynamic business needs.
